All trademarks reproduced in this website, which are not the property of, or licensed to the operator, are acknowledged on the website. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

We may collect the following personal data about you:(a) The personal details you provide and all of the information you choose to submit to us including any information provided by you to us when making an application, registering your interest for our Service, attending an event along with the information you send us in emails and text messages, or interacting with us at events, on the telephone or on social media platforms (such as Facebook or Twitter). Since we are a philanthropy circle, we aim to have donors exchange with each other. We will however ask donors authorisation for any share of data in the “Join the circle” form.
(b) We may also receive other personal or private information about you that you choose to submit to this Site or any other websites we operate with such as forms you fill in such as but not limited to surveys or gift aid declarations.
(c) We may sometimes film, photograph or otherwise record our Events. Please note that your consent to being filmed or recorded as an attendee is a condition of your booking/redeeming your ticket. By buying/redeeming a ticket, you confirm the consent of you and all your Guests to being filmed, photographed or recorded. The film/images/recordings may be made available to the public via the website or by other means. Where an image is clearly of you - an individual - who are the focus of the image, we will seek for your consent to use it.
Location Information. Your devices (depending on your settings) may transmit location information to the Services. We use this information to customise, improve and protect the Services. For example, we may use your location information to determine local language preferences, or to geotag a post.
Cookies and usage data. This data is collected automatically. We use these technologies to do things such as remember your preferences, keep you safe and improve and promote the Services. With regard to each of your visits to our website, we may automatically collect details of your visit, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. We may also collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and analytics. We may also collect details of the resources that you access on our website. This information is used for admin purposes.When using making a donation or paying for an event, you will be asked for financial details such as credit / debit card information. The processing of these payments are carried out by third parties and on a separate secure server. We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers.

· The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Backup saving and management, Content performance and features testing (A/B testing), Displaying content from external platforms, Hosting and backend infrastructure and Traffic optimization and distribution. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may share your personal information with third parties in the following situations:
We may make your personal data available to selected third parties who act on our behalf to support our operations.
(b) KindLink who administrate our Donor Advised Fund (DAF), receiving donations and redistributing funds to charitable projects.
Following the law. to protect us, our members or contractors against loss or damage. This may include (without limit) exchanging information with the police, courts or law enforcement organisations.
How long we may hold personal data for
Personal Data will not be retained for longer than necessary for us to achieve the purpose for which we obtained that data. In addition, we are required by law or by rules made by the Financial Conduct Authority to retain certain types of information for specified time periods. We will then either securely delete it or anonymise it so that it cannot be linked back to you.

Communications. We may periodically email you service-related announcements. We'll also send you emails related to your transactions. Image/Video/Audio usage. You can ask Walk The Talk at any time for the image/video/audio with your specific image to stop being used in which case they will not be used in future publications/platforms but may continue to appear in publications/platforms already in circulation.
Your login details should never be shared with anyone else and we recommend that any password or PIN you set is not easily guessable, and changed frequently (at least once a month). Because we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information sent on the internet, you should never send your login details via email. Should you wish to contact us about your Account, you should do so by e-mail or by telephone.
Our LiabilityThe material displayed on our site is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the site. The site is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the site because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the site for any reason.We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information that we make available either directly or through any third parties wherever practical however we are not in a position to ensure the complete accuracy of information that can often change such as for instance opening times, dates of performances, schedules and current prices and we strongly recommend that prior to relying on information made available through the site, such information where capable of change is confirmed with the applicable venue, facility or service provider.To the extent permitted by law, we and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

They make the registered details of all data controllers such as Darwin available publicly. You can make a complaint to the ICO about our use of your information at any time. As mentioned above, please consider raising any issue or complaint you have with us first though. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to solve all problems and complaints wherever possible.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel ticket bookings which we reasonably suspect to have been made fraudulently.
We do not operate a refund policy.
If you need to change the name of the ticket holder, please email email@example.com at least 24 hours before the event. Please note that if we are not advised, we will refuse entry to anyone claiming your ticket on your behalf.
If we need to cancel an Event for any reason, we may do so at any time before the Event is scheduled to begin. We do not expect this to happen except in exceptional circumstances, and of course we will refund your ticket money in full, or offer you a choice of alternative date or Event, but we won't be able to compensate you for any other expenses you've incurred in connection with the Event.
We will try to notify you of cancellations by email and telephone, but we can't guarantee this, especially when an Event is cancelled at short notice. Keeping us updated of your details will give us a better chance of reaching you in time.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled and the date, time and venue of any rearranged Event by checking our website. If an Event is cancelled or rescheduled we will use all reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your Event. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the Event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed. In addition, we may have to carry out security searches on occasion, and admittance will be conditional on your co-operation.
We may sometimes film, photograph or otherwise record our Events. Please note that your consent to being filmed or recorded as an attendee is a condition of this contract. By buying or redeeming a ticket, you confirm the consent of you and all your Guests to being filmed or recorded. The recordings may be made available to the public via the website or by other means.
For everyone's sake, we (and on our behalf, the staff of the venue) reserve the right to refuse you and/or any Guest admission or ask you and/or any Guest to leave if we think you and/or they are behaving in a disruptive way or in a way that violates the venue's rules, or in a way that is likely to cause damage, nuisance, offence or injury. Just to be clear, this kind of behaviour includes using mobile phones after being asked to turn them off, or using recording or photographic equipment without authorisation. We will not issue any refund in this event.
We also request, and by entering into this Agreement you agree, to ensure that you and all Guest(s) attending an Event under a booking made by you comply with all health and safety, licensing, and other rules and regulations of the venue or applicable to the venue. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself and all Guest(s) with any rules and regulations that apply. You also agree not to bring in any illegal or hazardous items.
You also agree to comply with any reasonable request by the staff at the venue or supervising the Event (for example, without limitation, requests relating to health and safety).
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or in any other circumstance where such limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law. The following two paragraphs apply subject to this paragraph, the provisions of which shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
Our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise arising in connection with this Agreement, shall be limited to the total amount received by us from you in connection with the Event or Event(s) giving rise to such liability.
You attend and participate in Events at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any of the following:
· in respect of any person prevented from entering a venue, or asked to leave due to their conduct;
· costs or expenses whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with any Event;
· loss or damage to personal property;
· personal injury, except as set out above. Liability is specifically excluded in respect of any dietary, health or other special requirement of which we were not informed at the time of booking;
· loss of data, profit, revenue, use, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, financial or economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
